From an operational goal to a repeatable workflow.

I design systems and processes around the work they need to support: clear requirements, reliable handoffs, human decisions, and useful results. My evidence combines business ownership and paid client work with independent AI-assisted projects.

Based in Kelowna, BC; seeking local roles and remote work available from British Columbia.

Independent systems & workflow projects

The goal is more efficient, repeatable work. My contribution is workflow design, requirements, agent direction, review, and validation. Coding agents perform most software implementation; each result below stays within its evidence.

Approved story to published film

Problem
Repeatable video production needs consistent approvals, media handoffs, review, and usable publication packages. The workflow was designed to support that process and reduce repetitive coordination.
My responsibility
Define workflow architecture and acceptance criteria; direct agents; review outputs; approve topics, scripts, and films. Agents implement the software and carry out production work.
Demonstrated result
Four published films with final-master and posting packages in the October 3, 2026 snapshot: Kiruna, The Line, Three Gorges, and Guitar Tower. These are delivery results, with no audience-growth claim attributed to the toolkit.

Catch a data-quality gap that tests missed

Problem
Useful job review depends on trustworthy source data. Live cards omitted location and salary information available in employer postings, even though automated tests passed.
My responsibility
Notice the mismatch, direct a pipeline investigation, review agent-implemented repairs, and verify the result against live employer examples.
Demonstrated result
The missing metadata was repaired and checked against employer evidence. ATS Relay collects structured job postings directly from supported employer ATS boards across role categories. Its local technical Jobs viewer is separate from downstream application tracking.

Connect discovery, preparation, and follow-up

Problem
Job discovery, application preparation, and follow-up involve repetitive work and handoffs that need consistent evidence and clear ownership.
My responsibility
Define operational goals, workflow architecture, phase responsibilities, and approval boundaries; direct agents; review and validate the resulting workflow.
Documented result
A connected workflow links discovery, package preparation, approval-controlled applications, and lifecycle tracking through evidence-backed handoffs and one operational tracker. Efficiency is an objective rather than a measured result.

ATS Relay is an optional acquisition component within this broader workflow. This is independent systems-design evidence; private application records and operating instructions are not published.

Design and operate the production process

As founder and operator, I designed repeatable production, publishing, and performance-tracking workflows. I coordinated a small international paid freelance team across scriptwriting, voice recording, and video editing, using staged handoffs and review checkpoints. Publication analytics informed content and operational decisions.

Historical brand results (self-reported): more than 250,000 combined followers and 80M+ combined organic views across BusinessLoop platforms without paid advertising. These totals describe the 2022–2024 venture and are separate from the 2026 AI-assisted workflow.

Deliver against client briefs

In regular part-time freelance graphic-design work, I created YouTube thumbnails for paid clients using Photoshop and Canva. I interpreted briefs, maintained channel branding, managed communication and revision requests, and handled deadlines independently.

Repeat work from multiple clients supports the delivery story. It remains graphic-design experience rather than a claim of paid software implementation or formal project-manager employment.

How I approach process improvement

Start with the operational purpose, design the workflow, and use evidence to judge the result.

Understand the goal

Make the business problem, intended benefit, scope, and acceptance criteria explicit before implementation.

Design the handoff

Identify what each stage needs, who owns the decision, and when a change must return for approval.

Review actual behavior

Inspect delivered output and source evidence alongside automated checks. A passing test does not establish completeness or creative acceptance.

Keep results in context

Separate intended efficiency from measured savings, technical readiness from approval, and independent projects from paid professional work.
